Go to Where the Dead Sleep: Final (Hope’s fight) Easily one-shot Level 2 enemies for 2-3* weapons and armor (stock up a lot). Enhance 2* weapons/armor without limit breaking (using the same weapon/armor) to level 5. Cost 375 Gil and 15 x 2* weapons/armor to reach Level 5.
